SPRING/FALL MARINA HOURS - Marina hours before Memorial Weekend and after Labor Day are shortened and will vary due to weather and demand. Go to Beach Bar for help if Marina is closed.

To all those who have been cleaning up and improving their trailers, THANK YOU for helping improve our and your little community. It is wonderful how you take pride and better the stay here for everyone. It is also greatly appreciated that so many of you keep your lawns neat and trim and free of clutter. We hope the rest will follow your lead. A friendly reminder, ANY CHANGES TO YOUR DECKS, TRAILERS AND LAWNS MUST BE APPROVED THROUGH PATTERSON HARBOR! THANK YOU.
